VISA REQUIREMENT

Getting Japanese Visa for attending the 20th Anniversary International Conference:
Participants from China, Russia, NIS(New Independent States) will be requested.
Please contact the Consular Section of the Embassy or Consulate General of Japan nearest you for more information and advice.
JSSI will send the following documents written in Japanese as submittal documents to the Japanese embassy or consulate in your country to you.

  • Letter of reason for invitation
  • Schedule of stay
  • Letter of guarantee
  • Other necessary documents
